Every day my goal is to provide the best service to my clients that I can. I want to make sure they get the most out of their real estate experience. I have been in the real estate business since 2006. I was born in Oregon City and moved to the Oregon Coast in 1995; I'm proud to call this amazing part of the world home. My knowledge of the area and the market is extensive and well-informed.
When I’m not helping people with their real estate needs I enjoy traveling with my wonderful wife and seeing as much of this crazy world as possible. I’m an outdoors person, who loves anything and everything that I can do outside: hiking, running, team sports, golf, and more. I also love music and play bass in a few different bands. My two grown daughters are my greatest accomplishment, they bring me so much joy; I’m grateful to have such amazing, successful, and motivated daughters.
I pride myself on the strong relationships I have been able to build with each and every one of my clients. Being a leader in the real estate world on the Oregon Coast is something that I strive for on a daily basis. My commitment to helping my clients every step of the way makes me who I am today. I am thankful to be a part of such a beautiful place and in an industry that I truly believe in. I hope to share my passion for real estate and the Oregon Coast with many more clients in the years to come.

My Love of the Oregon Coast comes through my Grama Bea who grew up coming to the Coast from Portland in the 1940’s. She bought her home in Pacific City in 1961, and still lives in her quiet cabin by the river today. Her home became our family vacation destination every summer growing up. The sweet clean air and the close communion with nature brought contentment and deep peace that I still experience now as her neighbor. With my wife Moria, we are raising our two children on the coast knowing that the exploration of the natural world and all the fun recreation that come with this environment will forever give them a foundation of confidence and happiness.
Before my career in Real Estate began, I owned and helped build an organic plant food company. For 15 years I assisted farmers with every scale of a growing project. Through our products I taught people about the soil food web and consulted on numerous fertilizer and soil amendment startups. I loved running my own business and I am proud of what we offered the world and the work that was accomplished.
I have a degree in Religious Studies from CSU Chico, and I have completed comprehensive certificates in Rolfing, Structural Integration and Hakomi, Body Centered Psychotherapy. My first job out of high school was as a massage therapist. I have always been interested in people and health so working with clients to improve their health was a very good fit for me. Having lived in Hawaii, Colorado, California, Washington and Oregon I could lean into my experience with the therapeutic arts and not only immediately have meaningful work but also tend healthy and potentially joyful relationships. I still do a little “fix it” work for friends today.
In my off time I can be found fishing our magnificent rivers and ocean. Living in Pacific City, I chase Salmon and Tuna in the summer and catch lingcod and seabass regularly. Whether fishing or catching I am happy to be on the water. Golf was a big part of my life growing up and if I get the chance, I still love finding fairways and greens. Though most of my home time is now devoted to playing with my two wonderful wandering children, Azure and Violet. Like all young children they require more than full time attention. Fortunately, my mom Brooke, lives on the road and has the time and desire to help us and be with her grandchildren.
Moria and I have owned homes in Washington and Oregon. We were young and perhaps idealistic home buyers. Our romanticizing of place and property has led to extensive remodels and landscape improvements. I am grateful for these experiences now for I have crawled under and through every nook and cranny of our homes and have some history with almost every problem a home could have. I have worked with contractors and craftsmen to elevate our homes structural soundness and aesthetic appeal. I know what it takes to get through a big project, and I draw from this knowledge as I view homes.
I am completely enamored with the Oregon Coast and all it has to offer. The endless natural beauty perfectly showcases so many lovely homes. From the nearest microclimate to the farthest vista the Oregon Coast has it all. It is my bliss to enjoy all of this with you and I thank you for bringing me with you as you take the next step on your journey home.
Bless your Beautiful Life,
Seth Belsey

Nestled along the stunning coastline, I have always been captivated by the beauty and vibrancy of coastal living in the Pacific Northwest. I developed a deep appreciation for the unique charm of our coastal communities. Its this inviting atmosphere that inspires me to help others discover their dream homes in this idyllic setting.
My journey into real estate began in California with a passion for helping others not only with their dream home but with investments for generations to come, determined to guide clients through one of the most significant decisions of their lives. Having family in Central Oregon I moved to the Bend area to be closer to them in 2012 and then in 2021 made a move to the coast. I've kept close ties with clients and co-agents in each area which still proves beneficial to this day.
What I love most about being a real estate agent is the opportunity to build lasting relationships, I take pride in understanding their unique needs and helping them navigate the real estate market with confidence. Whether it's a cozy beachside cottage, investment property, or a luxurious waterfront property, I am dedicated to finding the perfect match for each individual or family.
My strengths lie in my extensive local knowledge, strong communication and negotiating skills, and a genuine passion for service and making sure my clients receive the best possible advice.
As your real estate agent, I am not just here to close deals; I am here to make your plans a reality. Let's embark on this journey together and find your perfect coastal home!

I’ve called the Oregon Coast home for the past 12 years, and it’s a place that continues to inspire me every day. From its breathtaking scenery to its welcoming communities, this coastal region has become an integral part of who I am—both personally and professionally.
With over 20 years of experience in real estate and property management, my journey has always centered around helping people find spaces where they can thrive. Becoming a licensed real estate agent was a natural progression for me—a way to combine my deep industry knowledge with my love for this unique area.
I chose this career because I truly enjoy connecting people with the right homes and opportunities. Real estate isn’t just about transactions—it’s about trust, relationships, and guiding clients through meaningful life decisions.
What I enjoy most is being a reliable resource and advocate for my clients. Whether they’re buying their first home, searching for the perfect vacation property, or selling a longtime residence, I take pride in making the process smooth, informed, and enjoyable.
My strengths as a real estate agent include strong communication, local market expertise, and a calm, solution-focused approach. I’m committed to delivering professional, thoughtful service every step of the way.

The Oregon Coast has been a big part of my life since I helped my parents pick out a nice little beach cabin in NW Lincoln City in 1981. I spent a good bit of time here on this beautiful coastline from that point until moving to Lincoln City full time in 1993. I was involved in the hospitality industry for many of those years, as a high end Fine Dining Server and Dining Room Manager, Restaurant Manager, Wine Cellar Manager, and then as a Multi-Games Dealer and Casino Games Supervisor. I then worked offshore, on vessels in the seismic research (oil exploration) industry. That profession took me to a lot of interesting and beautiful countries and allowed me to live wherever I chose...but I always came back to the amazing Oregon Coast. The more traveling that I did, the more I appreciated what we have here. In 2010 I made a move from Lincoln City to the beautiful, quaint beach town of Neskowin and I continue to love living there. I decided to settle down and enjoy my home here in 2016 and started my career in the Real Estate profession. My father was a very successful Real Estate Broker in Texas, while I was growing up. I loved going with him to some of his listings and always loved seeing different homes and neighborhoods. It seemed magical that my dad could help people find and purchase their first home, or sometimes their dream home. I always thought that I would probably go into the Real Estate business at some point in my life. In 2016 I knew a number of local Realtors who encouraged me to get my license and start learning the profession. I was fortunate enough to get to work with some very successful and experienced Real Estate Brokers and gained some great experience quickly. I love most all aspects of the Real Estate Broker life. Meeting great people from all over the country and world. Helping guide their property search, with a good local perspective of the many varied communities and neighborhoods up and down the Central Oregon Coast. Providing the advice and insight that helps people make informed decisions during the process of purchasing properties. Assisting first time homebuyers with understanding the path to home ownership. Finding just the right property for clients who are looking for their "Forever Home". I've made quite a number of friends from previous clients and that's a great feeling! What makes me a great agent is being about to utilize my previous experiences to help my clients have a great Real Estate Buying or Selling transaction. Every transaction provides a Realtor with more valuable experience to help with future clients. I've learned quite a bit in the time that I've been a Realtor. When I was searching for my "perfect home", I looked in three different states on the West Coast, saw at least 40 different homes, and learned a good bit from the Realtors that I was working with. I had a great experience with the Realtor that I purchased my home with and she actually helped mentor me later when I became a Realtor. A few other local Realtors also made themselves available to ask questions and learn from, even if they worked for other Brokerages. This is one of the advantages of a smaller town, I guess, but I was very appreciative of that type of cooperative vs. competitive attitude with fellow Realtors, that I've experienced almost every time. Real Estate is a People Business. I have good people skills from all of my previous career experiences. This helps me a lot in all aspects of communication with prospective Buyers, Sellers, Lenders, Title Officers and other Realtors. I've been told by quite a few people that they loved working with me and would love to do so again. That really makes me happy! I think I'm good at getting all parties in a transaction to look at issues objectively and find a fair solution that can work for all parties.
